Lomography has announced a special set of LOMO LC-A cameras to mark its 30th birthday.
The cameras – an LC-A+, LC-Wide and LC-A 120 – are covered with a black leather covering and a new metal leather logo.
The launch of the three cameras begins a series of celebrations around the world to mark the Austrian company’s 30th birthday.
Lomography said in a press release: “To commemorate three decades of rule breaking, experimentation, and shooting from the hip, we are super excited to announce the release of exclusive edition 30th Anniversary Lomo LC-A+, Lomo LC-Wide and Lomo LC-A 120 cameras. Available in very limited quantities, these iconic Lomography cameras sport a unique handcrafted leather design with a colourful metal emblem logo, which will also be available as collectible Lomography Pins, Stickers and Magnets to celebrate our big year!”

The LC-A+ is the revised version of the original Soviet LC-A that Lomography brought into production in 2005. It offers improvements such as metering up to ISO 1600, a cable release and multiple exposures.
The LC-Wide, introduced in 2012, swaps the LC-A+’s 32mm lens for a 17mm ultra-wide-angle lens, and also offers multiple exposure aswell as a square-format mask and a half frame option.
In 2014, Lomography then released the LC-A 120, a plastic auto-exposure medium format camera based on the LC-A’s design.

Lomography added: “Over the coming year, we’re going to be holding exciting events and releasing even more new products to celebrate our anniversary! To kick things off, we’re asking Lomographers and everyone around the globe to get involved and tell us why they still love shooting film via our new survey – 30 Reasons For Analogue.”
