Eastman Kodak has announced large-format films and bulks rolls are now available new line-up of emulsions it distributes.

The announcement comes after the gradual release of all Kodak-branded 35mm and 120 films in new packaging – and sometimes new names – since last October.

The Kodak.com website now features a new promotion – titled “Time to go big” – on its Still Film section, where it announces all the new films. It also includes details of those films available in 100ft (30m) bulk rolls in 35mm.

Eastman Kodak said the new line-up of large format and bulk films is:

“Look for the new box and you’ll know you’ve found us,” it said.

The announcement marks the end of Eastman Kodak’s roll-out of films to in-house distribution, some 14 years after it was outsourced to Kodak Alaris in the wake of the film-maker’s 2012 bankruptcy protection.

The new Eastman Kodak-distributed films do not include Portra or TMax films, as these brand names are currently owned by Kodak Alaris. Portra films are now known as Ektacolor Pro, and TMax films as Ektapan.

Kodak Alaris continues to offer some Kodak film under its own recently updated packaging. It currently offers large-format version of Ektachrome slide film and Ektar 100 colour negative film, which are not currently offered in the new Eastman Kodak range.
