Lomography has launched a series of city guides aimed at analogue photographers called Lomo Travel Guides.

“Built by Lomographers, for Lomographers, there are already 30+ guides to explore, each packed with creative tips, location inspiration, camera advice, and real-life connections. These guides aren’t about ticking boxes. They’re about chasing light leaks, exploring the world with a creative eye, and capturing moments that can’t be planned.”

According to Lomography, the guides will allow photographers to “skip the tourist traps and uncover hidden hangouts for film lovers, curated by the Lomography Community.”

It added: “Each guide is carefully curated with insights and inspiration from the global Lomography Community and local teams. But the journey doesn’t stop there – everyone’s invited to contribute. Maybe it’s a secret garden waiting for multiple exposure magic, a sunny courtyard where artists hang out to trade stories and spark ideas, or a vintage market overflowing with textures, colours and faces begging to be captured. Anyone can share their must-see spots for Lomographers! These guides will keep on growing, just like the community that fuels them.

“Alongside every location, each guide features Lomographer-approved tips: what camera gear to bring, which film stocks work best and experimental techniques to try. There are also links to local LomoHomes to help Lomographers connect offline, top community photos for inspiration and suggestions on where to stock up on analogue gear. These City Guides are not just about where to go – they’re about how to see. Designed for anyone with a camera in their hand and a curiosity in their heart, they highlight analogue-friendly spots as well as places to unwind, refuel and get inspired.”
