Description

Samsung AF 480R auto-focus compact 35mm film camera, film-tested and with 90-day warranty.

This is another of Samsung’s little-known compact film cameras from the early 1990s.

The AF 480R features a 35/4.5 lens protested by a sliding cover, an integral flash and self-timer. The shutter is very quiet, making this camera great for shooting candids in good light (the flash fires automatically if the camera thinks the light is too low).

The camera has DX-coding and accepts films as fast as ISO 1600.

The camera is light and quietly stylish, and a perfect daytrip camera. The less is sharp and takes lovely, contrasty images.

Camera has been film-tested and works perfectly. Flash fires and rewind is functioning as it should. The accompanying images were taken on Kodak ColorPlus 200 in December 2022.

The camera requires a CR123A battery which is not included.
