Description
Kosmo Foto Direktor 35mm black-and-white negative film, ISO 250, 36 frames. Compatible with all major developers.
Direktor is Kosmo Foto’s new 35mm black-and-white film.
This is our first re-spooled cinema film and is Eastman 5222 black-and-white film, also known as Double-X.
It’s an emulsion you’ll know from such films as ‘Raging Bull’, ‘Casino Royale’ and ‘Oppenheimer’.
Kosmo Foto’s edition is bulk rolled using recycled Fuji and Kodak cassettes. It is DX coded for the film’s native ISO of 250. The film is very pushable and can be shot at higher ISOs.
Minimum order is three rolls, maximum is six.
This is from our first batch produced for Photographica 2026. Further batches are planned for later in 2026 at a higher price.
