Lomography has marked the first anniversary of the launch of its LomoChrome Color ’92 film with a new version of the film called Color ’92 Sun-kissed.

The ISO-400 colour-negative film boasts warmer tones than the original emulsion.

The film has been released in 35mm, 120 and 110 formats.

In a press release, Lomography said: The gentle crackle of a beloved mixtape fills the air,

mingling in the sweet, languid embrace of a carefree summer’s afternoon. Suddenly, the sunlight dips lower in the sky and the scene comes alive.

“Following the cherished journey of our LomoChrome Color ’92 ISO 400 film, celebrating one-year since its launch we are thrilled to unveil our latest creation – LomoChrome Color ’92 Sun-kissed ISO 400. Beckoning further creativity in 35 mm, 120 and 110 formats, it’s time to continue the analogue journey with an extra burst of 90s nostalgia.”

The press release continues: “Crafted to capture the essence of a golden-hour glow, this unique emulsion enchants with its mesmerising soft orange and yellow hues, delivering radiant and glowing skin tones. Boasting remarkable adaptability

across various environments and lighting conditions, it offers cinematic blues and oranges under bright skies. In shadier compositions and in the studio, vivid reds intertwine with smooth, misty green and blue tones.

“Each colour is enhanced by glossy blacks and a rich grain structure adding unparalleled authenticity and depth in every capture.”

Released in mid-2023, LomoChrome Color ’92 was the Austrian analogue photography brand’s first new colour film since the pandemic. The original version was noted for its subdued colour palette and enhanced grain.
