Description
Olympus Trip 35 compact 35mm viewfinder camera.
One of the most iconic cameras from the Olympus stable, some 10 million Trip 35s are thought to have been produced between 1967 and 1986.
The Trip 35 was aimed at amateurs and holidaymakers looking for a no-fuss camera. It features fully automatic exposure via a selenium cell on the front of the camera – which means you don’t need a battery. The camera has two shutter speeds – 1/200 and 1/40 – in auto mode and a single shutter speed (1/40) if you wish to choose a particular aperture.
This Trip 35 works perfectly in Auto and manual mode, with over-ride working if the light is too low. No chips, dents or serious scratches. Viewfinder clean and clear.
Comes complete with non-Olympus lens cap and wrist strap. It comes with a 90-day warranty covering mechanical defects.
Serial number: 4861168
The camera has been tested with a roll of film in October 2021 – you can see the results in the attached gallery. These pics were shot on Kodak ColorPlus 200.
