LOMOgraphy has announced a new multi-pack containing four of its experimental films.

The new Analogue Quartet contains one roll each of LOMOgraphy Metropolis XR 100-400, Potsdam 100, Berlin 400 and Purple XR 100-400, each of them in a special tin film canister. The set also comes with a Diana keychain.

The quartet sets are available from the LOMOgraphy Shop now, and costs £38.50 in the UK.

A press release from LOMOgraphy reads: “For the first time ever, you can try out our fantastic films, one at a time, and discover which is your favourite before committing to a full pack of 5 or 10! Complete with LOMOChrome Metropolis, LOMOChrome Purple, Potsdam Kino and Berlin Kino, this packet of individual gems delivers each 35mm film in an irresistibly unique little tin can and comes with a FREE legendary Diana Keychain too.

“The perfect gift for you or a loved one, you can try each film out for size and move through phrases of glorious grayscale to colour crescendos, high contrast harmonies to monochrome melodies.”

The sets are already being shipped to Japan and Asia, with US and European orders expected to ship at the end of June.

The four featured films are among the most recent films to be introduced to the LOMOgraphy range. Berlin and Potsdam – both of them rebadged Orwo films – joined the Lady Grey and Earl Grey black-and-white films.

Colour-tinted negative films such as Purple seem to have replace slide film intended for cross-processing, the technique which popularised the LOMOgraphy movement through the 1990s and early 2000s.

Two of the films – Metropolis and LOMOChrome Purple – are also available in an Analogue Duet twin-pack, which also sees the films packaged in tin film canisters.

These are also already listed for pre-order from the LOMOgraphy Shop, costing €24.70.
